Description:

• Depending on experience, assist or lead tree care crew in the following work: pruning, removals, cabling, bracing, lightning protection, hazard tree evaluations, and ground operations.

Requirements:

• Have an appreciation for trees.
• Report for work on time each day, ready to work a full day.  Be reliable and accountable.
• Follow directions from the designated supervisor or arborist representative.
• Perform all work according to ANSI A300 and Z133.1 standards.
• Learn, understand, and adhere to all additional safety rules and company safety policies.
• Participate in all safety training sessions offered.  Ask questions and improve job safety skills.
• Communicate well with crew leader, client, and arborist representative.
• Interact regularly with clientele in order to ensure job satisfaction.
• Strive to improve job skills, increase versatility, and advance within the company.
