Initial Contact

Whether you request a consultation through our website or by phone, you will receive a timely response by a knowledgeable and courteous representative of the company. This person will help you to schedule a time when you can meet with one of our arborists to discuss your needs.

Evaluation

When we are out at your property, we will evaluate your tree and shrub care needs and determine how we can best meet your goals. You will receive either a clearly written or printed proposal and company literature that will help you to learn more about our unique offering.

Execution

Once your work is confirmed, we will schedule your tree work for a time that best suits your needs, the tree’s needs, and our crew’s schedule. We will show up on the agreed upon date (weather permitting) with the appropriate safety equipment, and we will perform your work according to the detailed proposal you agreed upon with your representative.

Follow Up

When the job is finished, your arborist will follow up with you to make sure that you are satisfied with the work. At this time, recommendations for future care will be made, and you may pay according to the requirements of the initial contract.

Ongoing Care

Even after your work is complete, we continue to work for you.  As we are out in the field, we will periodically stop by to see how you and your trees are doing.  As a client, you will also receive seasonal tips for care via our website, email, and company newsletters.  Also, when you are a repeat Guardian client, your arborist will be happy to discuss the care of your trees and shrubs free of charge.
